Day 1: Arrival in Colombo – Transfer to Sigiriya

  • Afternoon: Visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with ancient rock-carved Buddha statues and colorful frescoes.
  • Evening: Check into your hotel in Sigiriya and relax.

Day 2: Sigiriya – Kandy

  • Morning: Climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress (Lion Rock), known for its stunning ancient frescoes and panoramic views.
  • Late Morning: Drive to Kandy (2.5-3 hours).
  • Afternoon: Explore Kandy:
    • Visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, one of the most significant Buddhist sites.

Day 4: Nuwara Eliya – Yala National Park

  • Evening: Relax at your hotel or lodge near Yala.

Day 5: Yala National Park – Galle

  • Late Morning: Drive to Galle (4-5 hours).

Day 6: Galle – Colombo – Departure
